RATES
Summer rates: $2160/week, plus $270 cleaning fee in addition to a 12% occupancy tax. In summer we rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
Winter rates: $360/night; 3 night min.; $2160/week, plus $270 cleaning fee in addition to a 12% occupancy tax.
Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per dog.
NOTE: In winter we snow plow our driveway every 6″ of snow accumulation. Four wheel drive vehicles are preferable in winter. However you must carry chains with you during this season
